Return & Refund Policy – Keerthi Tourism

 

1. Introduction

At Keerthi Tourism, we value our customers and strive to deliver a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the rules regarding cancellations, refunds, and payments related to our tour packages and services. By confirming a booking with Keerthi Tourism, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

 

2. Non-Refundable Booking Fee

All advance payments or booking fees made to Keerthi Tourism are strictly non-refundable once the tour is confirmed.
This is because, upon confirmation, we immediately reserve hotels, transport, and other arrangements with our partner vendors—many of whom follow non-refundable booking systems.

Hence, once your trip is booked and confirmed, the booking fee or advance amount cannot be refunded, transferred, or adjusted under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of personal plans or schedule

  • Health issues or emergencies

  • Delays in obtaining travel documents

  • Cancellation by individual travelers for personal reasons

We request customers to confirm bookings only after finalizing their travel dates and availability.

 

3. Cancellation by the Customer

If a customer chooses to cancel a trip after paying the full amount, the refund amount (if any) will depend on the time of cancellation and the refund policies of hotels, transporters, and other third-party vendors involved in the tour.
Administrative and coordination charges will also be deducted from any refundable balance.

Generally:

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before travel may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to vendor approval).

  • Cancellations made within 7–15 days will incur up to 50% cancellation charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel will not qualify for any refund.

All refund decisions are at the discretion of Keerthi Tourism and its vendor partners.

 

4. Cancellation or Modification by Keerthi Tourism

In rare cases where Keerthi Tourism must cancel or reschedule a tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or safety concerns, customers will be offered either:

  • An alternate tour date, or

  • A credit note to be used for future bookings (subject to conditions).

Cash refunds will not be issued for such cancellations, except in cases where third-party vendors provide refund eligibility.

 

5. No Refund for Unused Services

Once the tour commences, no refunds will be provided for unused services such as missed sightseeing, unused transportation, meals, or early departures.
Similarly, if a customer voluntarily discontinues the tour mid-way, no partial refund will be issued.

 

6. Refund Processing

Where refunds are applicable, they will be processed within 10–15 working days after approval, through the same mode of payment used at the time of booking. Delays may occur if pending confirmations from vendors or banks are required.
