1. Introduction
Welcome to Keerthi Tourism, a trusted travel agency based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. By accessing our website, booking a tour, or using any of our travel-related services, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions stated here. These terms constitute a legal agreement between the customer and Keerthi Tourism, outlining mutual rights, duties, and responsibilities to ensure a safe and transparent travel experience.

2. Scope of Services
Keerthi Tourism offers a wide range of travel and tourism services, including holiday packages, pilgrimage tours, customized itineraries, cab services, hotel bookings, group tours, and local sightseeing arrangements. We specialize in tours across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and other South Indian destinations.
All arrangements made by Keerthi Tourism are through verified third-party vendors such as hotels, transport operators, and activity providers. We act only as an intermediary or facilitator and cannot be held directly responsible for any errors, delays, or negligence on the part of external service providers.
3. Booking and Confirmation
A booking will be considered confirmed only after a partial or full advance payment has been received by Keerthi Tourism. The balance payment must be completed before the commencement of the journey, as per the agreed payment terms.
Bookings can be made through our official communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, or email. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all personal details—such as name, date of travel, contact information, and ID proof—are accurate. Keerthi Tourism reserves the right to cancel any booking if incomplete or incorrect information is provided.
4. Pricing and Payment
All tour prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in taxes, hotel tariffs, government regulations, or fuel surcharges. The final price confirmed at the time of booking will be binding.
Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, or any other officially accepted mode. In case of delayed payment, Keerthi Tourism reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund. Any discounts or special offers are valid only for a limited period and cannot be combined with other promotions.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be communicated via email to info@keerthitourism.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the following guidelines and based on the cancellation timeline, hotel policies, and vendor terms.
If cancellation is made:
More than 15 days before the trip – eligible for a partial refund (after deducting service and booking charges).
Within 7–15 days – 50% of the total amount may be refunded.
Less than 7 days or no-show – no refund will be issued.
In the event of natural calamities, strikes, or unavoidable circumstances, Keerthi Tourism will attempt to reschedule your booking or provide suitable alternatives, but refunds will be subject to third-party approval.
6. Responsibilities and Liabilities
Keerthi Tourism acts as a booking agent and shall not be held responsible for any accident, loss, damage, delay, injury, or inconvenience caused during the trip. We rely on independent contractors such as hotels, transporters, and guides to deliver services, and while we take every precaution to ensure quality, the ultimate responsibility for service lies with the provider.
We are not liable for any delay, loss of baggage, theft, or cancellations arising from unforeseen events like natural disasters, roadblocks, political unrest, or mechanical failures. Travelers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal loss.
7. Travel Documents and Identification
All travelers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) and necessary travel permits where applicable. For special destinations or restricted zones, required permissions must be arranged in advance. Keerthi Tourism will provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for denied entry or penalties arising from missing documentation.
8. Itinerary and Service Modifications
Every itinerary shared by Keerthi Tourism is carefully designed for customer convenience. However, due to unforeseen conditions such as weather, traffic, or operational issues, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the itinerary without prior notice. In such cases, alternate arrangements of equal value will be provided whenever possible.
Keerthi Tourism does not guarantee specific departure or arrival times, as they may vary depending on transportation and local conditions.
9. Conduct of Travelers
All customers are expected to behave courteously and respect local customs, laws, and traditions. Any act of misconduct, damage to property, or harassment of fellow travelers or staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund. Travelers are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and discipline throughout the journey.
10. Force Majeure
Keerthi Tourism shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, or acts of God. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made subject to availability and feasibility.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on our website—including text, images, tour itineraries, designs, and branding—are the intellectual property of Keerthi Tourism. Copying, reproducing, or distributing this content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Keerthi Tourism is committed to safeguarding your personal information. Any details shared with us during inquiries or bookings are used solely for providing travel services. We do not share your information with third parties except where required for tour arrangements (such as hotels or transporters). We also comply with Indian data protection laws to ensure your privacy is respected.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All services and transactions provided by Keerthi Tourism are governed by the laws of India. In case of any disputes, the matter shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Madurai District Court, Tamil Nadu. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing any legal action.
14. Amendments to Terms
